Run your life like a system.
For the people who keep building the perfect system and run out of hours to run it. Hire a team that does the running — inbox, calendar, tasks, notes, habits, and money — tuned to how you already work.
You've tried the apps. You've rebuilt the Notion. You know exactly what your system should look like — you just don't have the hours to be the one operating it every day. That's the job here: a team that runs your system so you can live inside it instead of maintaining it.
Pick your pain points. Watch your team form.
This is the real thing, not a mockup. The same picks hire the same team when you sign up.
Meet the full bench
Hire them all or just the ones you need, each is specialised, named, and editable once on board.
Chief of Staff
Plans your day and week, runs your weekly review, and guards your priorities.
Inbox & Calendar
Triages email, defends your calendar, and briefs you before meetings.
Project Manager
Turns goals into projects with concrete next actions and keeps them unstuck.
Second Brain
Captures notes, runs research with sources, and curates your reading queue.
Coach
Builds keystone habits and runs friendly accountability check-ins.
Bookkeeper
Watches your personal budget and audits recurring subscriptions.
What gets done in week one
Real deliverables on a real work board, and anything that needs a tool you haven't connected is queued honestly, never faked as done.
An ideal week you actually keep
A time-blocked weekly template built around your real priorities and focus hours — and a weekly review ritual that keeps it honest.
An inbox triaged into next actions
Connect Gmail and your inbox comes back as a short list: needs a reply (drafted), needs a decision, can wait, noise — most urgent first.
Goals broken into tracked projects
Every goal becomes a project with concrete next actions and a sequence — and an agent that nudges the stalled ones instead of letting them rot.
A second brain that gives back
Notes captured and resurfaced, research answered with sources, and a reading queue that's prioritized — not just another pile.
How it works
- 1
Pick your pain points
Tap what's eating your time. Each pick hires the matching specialist. They pop in and introduce themselves.
- 2
Choose quick wins
Pick from first tasks your new team starts on immediately. The first results land before you've finished the tour.
- 3
Connect tools when ready
Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, WhatsApp, each granted per-agent, each unlocking more. Skip them and the team still works.

Questions productivity nerds ask us
Does it replace my Notion / Todoist / Obsidian?
No — it runs alongside whatever you use. The team learns the system you already love (GTD, PARA, bullet journal, or none) and works within it. Direct Notion and Todoist connectors are on the roadmap; until then the agents draft and track in your team workspace and hand off to your tools.
I'm a 'build the system, never run it' person. Will this stick?
That's exactly who it's for. The Chief of Staff and Coach own the running — the daily plan, the weekly review, the habit check-ins — so the system keeps operating even on the weeks you don't feel like maintaining it.
What can it actually do on day one?
Draft your ideal-week template, turn a goal into a tracked project, and set up a habit tracker — all instantly. Starting a reading queue and your weekly-review ritual land as ready-to-go to-dos (they need your input), and triaging your real inbox needs a Gmail connection. Anything not done instantly is queued honestly, never faked as done.
Is my data private?
Connections are granted per-agent and per-tool — the Bookkeeper can read your inbox for receipts without the Coach seeing it. You connect only what you want, and the team works without any connection at all if you'd rather.
