The fastest way to solve almost anything is to just ask your agents. They know your teams, your work, and your integrations, and unlike a help article they can actually go do the thing for you. When you hit something they can't fix, we're one email away.
Start with your agents
Open any conversation in the app and just say what you need. Your agents have the context to answer and the access to act, so most "how do I…" questions get solved in the same chat.
Ask anything
“How do I add a teammate?” “Set up my calendar.” “What did my agents do this week?” Ask in plain language — they’ll answer or do it.
Report a bug
See something broken? Ask an agent to help you write up what happened — the steps and what you expected — then send it to support@myagents.ca so we can dig in.

Ask your agents inside the app. They have your full context — teams, work items, integrations — and can act, not just advise. Most questions are answered right there in the conversation.

Absolutely — we read every one. Have an agent help you shape the idea, then send it to support@myagents.ca. Your suggestions with real context are how the product gets better.
For most day-to-day tasks, yes — your agents can act on your teams, work, and connected integrations. Product bugs and feature requests go to our team by email, since those are changes to myAgents itself, not your account.
This is usually a credit balance issue: agents pause rather than fail silently when credit runs out. Check Billing to top up. If your balance is fine and they're still stuck, email support and we'll dig in.
